This delicious spirit is comprised of three separate, straight bourbons from Indiana, including a high corn bourbon, a high wheat bourbon and a high rye bourbon. The final straight bourbon is finished in Taub Family Selections’ Heritance Cabernet Sauvignon French oak barrels from Rutherford, Napa Valley, California for 3 months. Description
Aged in offsite warehouses in Indiana, the whiskey was shipped in barrel to the Tommyrotter facility in Buffalo, NY. In the months prior to the bourbon’s arrival in Western New York, the founders sought Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from the most renowned vineyards in Napa Valley and transported them to Buffalo.
