Varieties: 50% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot

Terroir: Acidic, iron-richs oils of Maremma, a mixture of silt and alluvial sand, sparse with areas of gravel and surface pebbles; north-south orientation

Winemaking: Hand-harvested grapes; small cement and stainless steel vats during élevage; organic and biodynamic since inception; 100% vegan

93 James Suckling – “Blackcurrants and black cherries on the nose here with some dried flowers and cedar. It’s medium-to full-bodied with juicy berries and chocolate. Firm and fine tannins. Tight on the finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink after 2021.”
