Joseph Drouhin Bourgogne Blanc 2019

Hands down the best buy of the year in white Burgundy, this comes from grapes sourced in and around the famed villages of Puligny Montrachet, Chassagne Montrachet, Meursault and Saint Romain, crafted by one of the best winemaking families in the business. Classic white Burgundy notes, balanced, fresh and lively with just a barely noticeable hint of oak. If you love white Burgundy but not the price this is your wine! It’s been my “house white” for three vintages in a row – it simply cannot be beat for the price!
