Description
Limited Edition XO Grande Champagne Cognac from Cognac Park is made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes grown in Grande Champagne, Cognac’s top sub-appellation. Distilled and aged at Maison Tessendier & aged a minimum 10 years w/ 12 months in medium char, new European oak & then transferred to used casks. The palate explodes with darker stone fruit including dried apricots, vanilla, cedar, and a pinch of citrus zest on the nose. The palate is full-bodied highlighted by notes of ginger & creme brulee. A long finish is underscored by tangy fruit. • 40% ABV
