Master of Wine
The Cree Wine Company was founded by Chris Cree, New Jersey’s only Master of Wine, and one of only 53 MWs in the country, to offer wine lovers of all types a better way to experience, taste, and purchase wine. Inspired by Chris’ many visits to wine regions around the world, the Cree Wine Company aims to recreate those experiences in a casual setting where guests can expand their knowledge and appreciation of wine, all while having fun and enjoying a glass (or two)!

Without a doubt, one of my favorite ways to enjoy wine is while cooking and eating dinner with my wife and kids. From a wine pairing perspective, the sky’s the limit. I can make an argument for an off-dry Riesling, a balanced and beautiful white Burgundy, or a full-bodied California Chardonnay, and a Pinot Noir from California, Oregon, or Burgundy can’t be beat. It’s hard to choose from the wide array of flavors and textures, so we typically serve a bunch of different wines. But if I had to settle on one overall “best” pairing, it would be a medium-bodied Pinot Noir or a delicious Cru Beaujolais. The following are some of my top picks for the season—all in stock and ready to go!
